Myofascial Massage

“The body’s richest sense organ”, fascia is a thin connective tissue that encases every muscle fiber in the body and spreads out into the internal organs and the spinal cord. Myofascial techniques address this mesh-like connective tissue that is inter-woven throughout the body. It restores mobility and softens connective tissue that has thickened and become restrictive. In addition to inducing relaxation, myofascial techniques help conditions such as limited mobility, postural distortion, muscular pain and tightness.

You emerge not only calm and alert, but with a deeper understanding of your own body.
